PhD in Physical ChemistryThere are lots of people who dream about a PhD in Physical Chemistry. It is something they have always wanted, but at present, that dream will never come true as there is a shortage of qualified PhD's.When a student opts for a PhD in Chemistry, he or she must be able to understand all the basic principles of the science. There are specific courses which are called 'PhD in Chemistry' in which the student will have to make the best use of the skills and knowledge acquired by him or her in all the various areas of the science. This will be essential for someone who wants to work on an academic level.A PhD in Physical Chemistry is divided into two parts. One part is devoted to 'Mechanics' and the other to 'Analytical Chemistry'.The first part of the PhD is named Physics/Chemistry. In this field, students must learn all the basic concepts of the science such as: experimental methods, particle interaction theory, thermal conductivity, etc. They will be able to put these concepts into practice when they study under the experienced hands of eminent scientists.On the other hand, the second part of the PhD in Chemistry is referred to as Analytical Chemistry. Here, the student must be able to write scientific articles, learn how to use the software and study the relevant literature. They should also learn the techniques of observation and how to judge the validity of any scientific data.This is also the phase where clinical experiments will be conducted under the supervision of scientists. They will be able to perform experiments that may test the validity of any experiment. This can also give the student an opportunity to have some hands-on experience of the science.Students will also get to take part in clinical trials where they will be asked to help the doctors to carry out clinical trials. There will be tests on the patient's blood and the results will be reported by the scientists. This will be an important test for the students.
